Well, it finally happened! I found out where God’s Mountain B & B was, and had the perfect out-of-town couple in for an engagement session. Ryan and Jen -you two were so chill, such good listeners, and totally at ease with me. I hadn’t done a morning session in quite a while, and you two broke me in! Jen + Ryan+ God’s Mountain = Perfection. I just cannot WAIT to shoot your wedding next June. Hope you enjoy all the photos….thank you again for being fabulous!!!

BONUS info! The next couple to book a wedding with White Linen ( us) at God’s Mountain ( dream location) will receive an additional print credit of $500 !! ( PS – offer valid only if booking the roofless room..hehe)!

I’ll keep this post short and sweet, and let the images speak for themselves. So many wonderful couples…so little time to blog!!! Thank you so much to all of you for your patience, and please make sure to check in to our White Linen site in the coming weeks for the full posts of each and every one of these:)
Have I mentioned lately how fabulous my job is? Yup. I’m one lucky girl!
Enjoy…
Up first? Kane + Tania, my uber-fabulous couple that had me stay at their home with their families in Mexico City. Make sure to stay tuned for their full post, as it was nothing short of incredible. Thank you so much for being such amazing hosts. I loved every second. Oh, wait…..almost every second. hehe!

Are you KIDDING me ?! This was one of their After sessions, and it was surreal. Kane and Tania wore traditional Mexican clothing, and we shot along one of the oldest manmade canals in the world. So very beautiful.
Nadeem + Lila. What can I say? These two were so full of personality and sweets that Brooke and I couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you both for being yourselves and putting up with our silliness!!
I am SO in love with this image….canvas-worthy, non?!
Shawn + Kelsey . OK Falls. This was such a laid back, perfect day….complete with turquoise boots and cowbells. And this is their family property….100 acres at our fingertips? Brooke and I were in heaven!
Ryan + Jen : God’s Mountain, Penticton BC. Loved loved this morning session…..the location was so serene, and Jen and Ryan? You guys were HOT!!!
Mmmmm….I cannot wait for the wedding next year!
Craig + Carly :: Linden Gardens, Kaledon BC. Hmmm…. what could I say about this day?! Let’s see. Perfectly overcast skies. The most relaxed wedding schedule we’ve ever shot, thanks to the fact that C + C agreed to a First Glance – we shot these portraits before the ceremony. LOVED IT! And yes, in case you’re wondering – they have both modeled:) Our job was easy-peasy.
SO, to each and every one of you….thank you thank you a million times over for choosing us to be a part of your days. And remember to check back here and White Linen for the full blogposts…:)
A little update while I’m away in Mexico City shooting an exciting wedding….cross your fingers for me that all is going well – I may have a lot working against me! Rain (forecast calls for thundershowers all 5 days I’m there) nighttime wedding (ceremony starts at 9 p.m……ending at 5a.m. The challenge there is whether or not I can stay awake! And the 3rd challenge is, of course if I can make it a whole week without seeing my fam. I’m missing the girls terribly and have yet to leave for the airport. sniff
So, for now – here is a little sneak of what’s coming soon. Each of these couples Brooke and I were able to shoot together…SO much fun was had with each and every one of these sessions. The full posts can be seen in the coming weeks over at White Linen :: B and I have officially joined forces, and as of 2011 will be working together on all weddings – HOLLA!!!! With that, enjoy the sneak…….:)

Thank you to each and every one of you for being so, SO fabulous….Brooke and I truly feel like we have the best job in the world:) And just so you know B – I’ve made the decision to post a pic of us at work for each job we do…trying to follow in the footsteps of the uber-fab ( and ridiculously innapropriate) Bobbi + Mike. If you haven’t yet, make sure to click on their names to see their incredible work. An inspiration not only in their ability to capture such amazing images, but especially for being true to who they are…..Ms. Bobbi was the woman who let us know that it’s alright to show your REAL personality – even if that happens to be crazy, kooky and ridiculously innapropriate. I mean, you want to have FUN when you’re getting your pics taken, right?!

Here’s a taste of all the goodness that was Jessica & Dew’s wedding. Incredible details, the funnest guests and a perfectly wonderful bride and groom. Head on over to White Linen to check out the full post of mine AND Brooke’s images.
Enjoy!

Here it is…..my take on Brent and Chelsea’s wonderfully thought out wedding day. It was intimate and warm, filled with beautiful details, handmade decor and vintage touches. Safe to say that Brooke and I were smiling from beginning to end. Chelsea and Brent, thank you so very much for having us….make sure to check out Brooke’s blog for her images as well as White Linen in the coming days for even more goodies.

** credit to Brooke for the “boys” shots, as well as many of the details. Thanks girl, so glad to have you along for this one! xo

The boutenniere’s were lovingly made by the bride herself. Love.
You can’t go wrong with a Maggie Sottero gown. Cheslea, you looked incredible from head to toe.

Chelsea’s to-die-for ring was found in an antique shop…the diamond is from the 1890’s and the setting is from the 1920’s. So very beautiful.
Perhaps my favorite group image we’ve ever done….the inspiration was from a Vogue supermodel cover – you guys rocked it!
The ladies, and their wonderfully different dresses made me smile. The bridesmaid dresses are from Dessy Group. I think I need one:)
My fave of the day….not as pretty as some of the others, but a wonderful moment nonetheless.

Beautiful details, right? The decor was a mixture of finds from Etsy, vintage shops and handmade. The “cards” suitcase belonged to Chels’ great-grandfather and the guest sign-in tree was drawn by Chelsea’s Dad.
Our take on the “first dance”. When B and I head out early, we get the couples to have a private dance. Usually outdoors in the late light….almost better than being surrounded by a tonne of guests, dontcha think?!
A quick peek at an unforgettable wedding….stay tuned here and on White Linen for all the fabulous bits !

A sneak for one of the most fabulous weddings…and couples that Brooke and I have had the pleasure to work with. Fresh, romantic and personalized from start to finish. Make sure to come back soon for the entire post; either here or on our joint site White Linen.
Thank you Brent + Chels ….it was a day we won’t soon forget!
